Withdraw 31 days or more prior to the tournament - 75% refund

Withdraw less than 31 days prior to the tournament – 30% refund

Withdraw after the schedule is posted – NO REFUND

Weather Cancellation Policy:

 

No games played - 75% refund

1 game played – 30% refund

2 or more games played – NO REFUND

Catastrophic events / State of Emergency:

​

If the tournament is canceled because of a local State of Emergency – 100% refund

If your team cannot attend because of a State of Emergency in your area – 100% credit   transferable within the organization good for two years.
